  Dr. Hare will be a keynote speaker at this closed conference, which is geared towards law enforcement, loss prevention representatives for financial institutions and the retail sector, as well as government agencies. The conference is sponsored by the Bank of Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), and the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
